Adverb
adalah kata yang berfungsi untuk mendeskripsikan verb (kata kerja), adjective
(kata sifat), atau adverb lain.
Macam-macam Adverb
diantaranya sebagai berikut:
- Adverb of Manner adalah kata keterangan yang digunakan untuk bagaimana cara melakukan suatu pekerjaan.
- Adverb of Frequency adalah kata keterangan yang kegiatannya dilakukan secara berangsur-angsur di waktu yang sama, seberapa sering peristiwa itu terjadi.
- Adverb of Time adalah kata keterangan yang kegiatannya menyatakan kapan suatu peristiwa itu terjadi hanya mengacu pada satu waktu.
- Adverb of Place adalah kata keterangan yang menunjukkan suatu tempat suatu peristiwa.
